The tourist tax is not included. 5,5% of the rental price or max 4,40 euro/per/night
General booking terms and conditions
The maisonettes/studio’s are rented per week, from Saturday to Saturday and are available from 4 p.m the day of arrival to 10 a.m the day of departure.
Absoluut Valvert is not adapted for children younger than 12 years old.
The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay within the asked period (not refundable) and after receiving a signed contract. The outstanding amount must be paid 10 days before arrival.
In case of annulation less than 10 days before arrival the total amount is due.
